We can paint/refurbish aircraft up to A321 sized aircraft. We can also do larger aircraft, though this would be carried out at another suitable facility, subject to your requirements.
A full strip and re-paint can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on the size of the aircraft and your requirements. If you would like your aircraft to be painted due to a strict timeline, we are more than happy to tailor a plan to accommodate your needs.
Yes, it is our responsibility to walk around your aircraft, analyse and discuss this with you. If you were to proceed in having your aircraft refurbished with us, it is a requirement that you feel 100% satisfied with your decision before confirming a date.
We have access to all products (Sherwin Williams, PPG, Mankiewiecz, Akzo Nobel), so depending on your requirements we can source what you/or your maintenance provider recommends (or what is specified in your AMM/SRM). We are happy to advise what we have seen is the best value, offers great anti-corrosive benefits and great appearance but ultimately the decision belongs to you when deciding on how to paint your aircraft.
Yes, our facility has been designed specifically for the painting of aircraft. With a team of engineers, architects and designers we have come up with a low overhead, high quality facility, making painting your aircraft more affordable for you and the aviation industry as a whole.
We can arrange to have the interior of your aircraft refurbished for a set price whilst your aircraft is being refurbished with us.
We have been refurbishing/painting aircraft since 1979. The first aircraft we ever painted was a Cessna 172 in Tocumwal NSW.
Depending on your requirements, we can tailor a package with you that is inclusive of all your staff/pilots travel. Alternatively, you can arrange this and we will be more than happy to assist with reserving hotels, hiring cars, or we can personally drive you where you need to go.
Yes we do provide a full 12 month warranty on all newly refurbished aircraft.
We accept payment via eft transfer, credit card and also cheque.
There are a number of products available. Alodine treatment, PreKote, Boegel, Wash primer systems etc. Depending on your aircraft, we can discuss with you what would be most suitable for applying to your aircraft.

Yes, we can arrange to work off-site to carry out work on the exterior of your aircraft. There are minimum requirements we have such as air, some form of ventilation etc. We are happy to work with you and come up with a tailored solution to your needs.
