Longevity
The extensive life of your aircrafts surfaces are Douglas aerospace’s priority. Utilising a number of suppliers depending on client/manufacturers requirements including but not limited to Mankiewicz, Akzo Nobel, PPG, Sherwin williams and Axalta coatings we believe we can provide the best solution to ensure you have a paint job that will last between 7-9 years, even more if taken extra care of and your aircraft is hangared.

Maintaining your new paint job is just like taking care of your car. If available, keeping your aircraft hangared outside of the harsh Australian conditions and applying a suitable polish every now again will maximise the life of your aircrafts exterior. Routine cleaning and general exterior maintenance will make the world of difference. Depending on the manufacturer of paint and which system is utilised the manufacturers of the coatings may make varying recommendations
